Inspiring Excellence Everyday

The Key of Life (KOL) Nursery & Primary Schools were founded to honor the extraordinary legacy of our parents, Mborui and Saning'o Mollel. Though they were raised in a rural Maasai community and never had the opportunity to attend school themselves, they shared a radical vision: that education would be the key to their children's future.

Our father, Saning'o, broke long-standing cultural norms to prioritize our schooling, while our mother, Mborui, became a champion for girls' education and a voice against child marriage in the Maasai community. Following our mother's passing in August 2023, The implementation of this vision began with the establishment of a nursery school in Lengijave Village, located in Arusha Region, utilizing available family resources, particularly the premises. The second phase involved acquiring sufficient land to support the development of a larger institution aligned with our long-term vision. This led to the establishment of Chamwino Excellence Schools in Chamwino District, within Dodoma Region, the capital city of Tanzania. Currently, construction of the school buildings and administrative offices is in progress. The third phase marks the expansion of the vision through the inauguration of Key of Life Nursery and Primary School, operating in rented premises at Kibamba, Kibwegere Ward, in Dar es Salaam Region. All preparations have been completed, and the school is ready to commence student admissions as of 08/04/2026. Meanwhile, construction at Chamwino Excellence Schools continues to progress steadily.

We offer English and French medium instruction from Nursery through to Primary VII — one of the few truly bilingual primary schools in the region. Our motto, "Inspiring Excellence Every Day", guides everything we do.

We welcome transfer students from Class 1 onwards and are proud of our diverse, growing student body served by more than 30 dedicated staff members.
